Overarching goal: More Allegheny County residents experience mental well-being.

Key metric: By 2027, fewer than 11% of residents will answer 'not good' for 14+ days to the following question: "Now thinking about your mental health, which includes stress, depression, and problems with emotions, for how many days during the past 30 days was your mental health not good?"
